HRIS Compliance Specialist
to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
Manage and monitor I-9 compliance, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with leaders
Track and resolve SSN discrepancies in coordination with employees and leadership
Oversee new hire onboarding compliance, ensuring all documentation and policies are completed
Support HR and Operations with compliance reporting and employee file requests
Maintain data integrity within the HRIS system throughout the employee lifecycle
Generate reports, identify errors, and perform data audits and corrections
Assist with HRIS support tickets, audits, and system-related tasks
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency
Stay current on employment laws and compliance requirements
Participate in special projects and additional HRIS initiatives as needed
Position Requirements
Working knowledge of HR compliance, regulations, and HR systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with data management, reporting, and auditing
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms and system workflows
