
Project Manager

Manage and support projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and scope
Collaborate with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
Track project progress, provide status reporting, and present updates to management and stakeholders
Support implementation of project plans, processes, and tools to drive successful project execution
Serve as a power user/administrator for regulatory databases used within the department
Partner with IT and external vendors to support application maintenance and software lifecycle documentation
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Provide data visualization and insights to support business decision-making
Assist with general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
1–6 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business operations
Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Strong understanding of data visualization, reporting, and metrics tracking
Experience supporting or administering business or regulatory systems/databases preferred
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
