Customer Service Administrator
Customer Service Administrator Overland Park, KS | Fully Onsite Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | $20-22ph. LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client who is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / Service Administrator to support our service and operations teams within a fast-paced construction environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating service requests, scheduling, documentation, and internal communication to ensure projects and service work run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across multiple teams including field crews, project managers, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, scheduling, and project updates
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a professional and timely manner
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing clear communication and follow-through
Address and resolve service issues or escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Service Administration & Scheduling
Coordinate and schedule service calls, inspections, and technician visits
Track service requests from initial intake through completion
Communicate schedules, changes, and updates to customers and field teams
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer documentation
Operations & Internal Support
Support service managers and project teams with administrative tasks
Assist with billing documentation, service reports, and job closeout paperwork
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers as needed
Ensure job details, notes, and updates are accurately maintained in company systems
Documentation & Process Support
Maintain organized service and customer files
Assist with permit tracking, warranty requests, or service agreements as applicable
Identify opportunities to improve service workflows and communication processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
2+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, or administrative support
Prior experience in construction, trades, or service-based industries strongly preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service scheduling or CRM systems
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
