We are seeking an enthusiastic construction professional to join a well-established and rapidly growing commercial construction company in Rock Hill, SC. The

Assistant Project Manager

will support all of the functions of the Project Manager to complete custom indoor steel installations.
REQUIREMENTS

Construction experience of some kind (ideally two years)
Familiarity with construction software (i.e. Bluebeam) strongly preferred
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office in a professional setting
Associates or bachelor's degree with a related focus is strongly preferred
Valid U.S. driver's license
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Estimating to solicit subcontractor bids, perform scope reviews, and prepare pricing recaps.
Conduct material and labor take-offs, manage RFIs, and track shipping and project schedules.
Draft and manage purchase orders, subcontracts, and change order pricing.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve scope and field issues.
Review design revisions, oversee submittals, and support drawing/model coordination.
Perform site visits, assist with procurement and production tracking, and support overall project execution.
