Description
Drive the lifecycle delivery of technology initiatives—from concept through deployment to transition to Operations and ultimately closure. Establish and/or manage the tracking and reporting of delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams. Ensure delivery outcomes align to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers. Negotiate with senior leaders mitigation plans and manage status reporting. Support fostering a culture of accountability and early awareness of risks and issues. Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery status, health, and progress.
Facilitate clear, frequent communication with leadership, business partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Implement and enforce delivery framework standards, including sprint cadence, release processes, quality controls, and reporting requirements. Ensure adherence to Change Standards requirements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology delivery, Project/Program management, or related leadership roles.
Have demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi‑team technology deliveries.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams.
Experience managing risks, dependencies and budgets.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $70.00/hr.
