Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
– Long-Term Care in Uniontown, PA. Start date 04/27/2026 for an 11-week travel temporary assignment. Weekly pay range: $1,080–$1,151. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: Evening, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. Setting: a long-term care (LTC) nursing home environment.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision
Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses; document care accurately
Conduct routine assessments and promptly report changes to the supervising RN
Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility to support independence
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure resident safety
Requirements
Active, unrestricted LPN license in Pennsylvania
Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Ability to work evening shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) and thrive in a fast-paced LTC environment
Strong communication and documentation skills; proficient with basic charting/EHR
