Responsibilities
Supervise licensed practical nurses and health care technicians.
Provide active programming for patients based on treatment plans.
Ensure safety of patients.
Qualifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
Ability to independently plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Ability to lead a team; skill in delegation and making assignments.
Ability to communicate information to patients, families, and staff concisely and descriptively, verbally, in writing or by demonstration.
Ability to appropriately respond to emergency situations.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $61,177 - $91,767; Recruitment Range: $70,000 - $85,000.
A sign‑on bonus of $10,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s), contingent on the 2025‑2026 budget approval.
