Overview
Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our client’s healthcare facility in Seattle, WA (98115). This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with multiple openings and strong long‑term potential.
Job Details
Location: Seattle, WA - 98115
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Contract Duration: 3+ months (possible extension or conversion)
Schedule: 8‑hour shifts between 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Range: $21 – $25/hr (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently
Verify insurance, collect co‑pays, and gather required documentation
Provide front‑desk support and assist patients in person and via phone
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately
Conduct outreach calls for preventive care and follow‑ups
Address patient questions and resolve concerns with professionalism
Maintain accurate records within EHR systems
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Support onboarding/training of new team members
Assist with reporting and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
1+ year of experience in healthcare, patient services, or customer‑facing role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills; EHR experience is a plus
