Clinical Instructor - Nursing (part-time)

Job Summary
Clinical Instructors report to the School of Nursing (SON) Director. As special faculty, clinical instructors are responsible for teaching in clinical, laboratory, and simulated learning environments. Clinical Instructors collaborate with semester-level faculty to ensure that direct care assignments and focused clinical learning activities enable achievement of the integrated practicum learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical instruction in approved health care settings and the nursing simulation laboratory
Maintain positive relationships with partners in the assigned clinical setting
Assist with instruction in the nursing skills lab
Serve as a professional registered nurse role model
Guide student reflection for practice improvement in post-clinical conferences
Maintain clinical expertise in assigned
