
Accounts Payable Intern

The Accounts Payable (AP) Team in Naples, FL is actively searching for an Intern pursuing an accounting or finance degree. The successful candidate will perform various tasks within the AP department including invoice validation, invoice posting and support special projects.
This internship will run from September 2026 – December 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work more than 20 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.
Main Objective
To gain hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable processes while supporting current departmental objectives. Additionally, the selected intern will have the opportunity to shadow other finance teams, including Accounts Receivable, and will gain exposure to Arthrex’s core competencies, fostering professional growth and career development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain vendor master data, ensuring accuracy of banking information.
Validate and process invoices, ensuring accurate posting within SAP.
Assist with Grant of Authority (GOA) updates within AP software, CAPRI.
Contribute to AP roadmap initiatives while providing support for ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Perform analysis of vendor spend to identify trends and cost‑saving opportunities.
Education and Experience
Progress towards a college degree in Accounting or Finance required. A college sophomore or above required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training
Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
