As our Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives, client requirements, and regulatory standards. You will coordinate resources, expertly manage budgets, and maintain aggressive schedules to deliver successful, top-quality projects.
Core Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Define project scope, deliverables, and objectives with stakeholders. Create detailed schedules, monitor site progress, and adjust timelines to meet strict deadlines.
Financial & Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring rigorous cost control and financial accountability from pre-construction to close-out.
Resource & Risk Management:
Identify and allocate personnel, materials, and equipment. Assess potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations (OSHA), building codes, and legal requirements. Monitor workmanship and materials to uphold premier quality standards.
Leadership & Communication:
Maintain crystal-clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and your internal team. You will directly oversee and mentor Project Engineers.
Comprehensive Documentation:
Maintain all critical project documentation, including correspondence, contracts, and reports.
Candidate Profile: Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of PM experience specifically within the construction or electrical/traffic or utility industry.
Credentials:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly valued.
Valid Driver License:
to be able to visit clients and jobsites when needed.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Proficiency in project management software/tools and Microsoft Office, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.
