We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BD)
We’re a fast-growing company in the IoT / Smart Hardware space, expanding into global markets. We’re looking for a commercially driven BD to help scale our partnership ecosystem and turn opportunities into real, sustainable revenue.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage

strategic partnerships and channel relationships

Identify and execute high-value business opportunities aligned with company strategy

Own the full deal cycle: sourcing, negotiation, structuring, and execution

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver results

Explore and iterate on

GTM approaches

(channel, co-selling, ecosystem partnerships)

Track performance and continuously improve partnership effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

3–8 years in

Business Development / Partnerships / Channel roles

Proven ability to

drive deals and deliver commercial results

Strong business acumen and market awareness

Solid execution skills with the ability to manage complex projects

Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Nice to Have

Experience in

IoT / Smart Hardware / B2B tech

Exposure to

North American markets

English as a working language

What Success Looks Like

High-quality partnerships that convert into meaningful business outcomes

Partnerships contributing to a growing share of overall revenue

Clear, scalable approaches to building and managing partner ecosystems

Base: $100K- $120K | OTE: $300K–$350K
