Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist | $18.00 – $22.00 per hour DOE
Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm | Monday through Friday
Job Duties
As the first point of contact for clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and provided key administrative support
Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
Dispatching and scheduling on-demand service appointments
Maintaining Annual Maintenance log & scheduling
Checking in equipment and special order parts deliveries
Supporting the technicians with warranty and parts information
Maintain customer database with current information
Clear and concise communications with Customers, department managers, and employees
Registering warranty and rebate information
Daily working in Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM

Qualifications
2+ years of related experience in customer service, scheduling, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Stellar customer service skills
The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and technicians
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
Experience in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
General sales skills and aptitude
High school diploma or equivalent
