Responsibilities

Support with day-to-day project administration and workflow coordination.

Prepare, track, and manage submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and project documents.

Maintain project schedules, job logs, and material delivery timelines.

Serve as a communication hub between internal teams, field staff, vendors, and clients.

Assist with compliance, safety documentation, and closeout packages.

Ensure accurate, timely documentation for billing, cost tracking, and reporting.

Provide general office/project support where needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

2+ years in construction project support (roofing preferred but not required).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Experience with project management or construction admin software.

Clear communication skills and a professional, detail-driven approach.

Ability to work onsite in the Anaheim office Monday–Friday.
