Immediate start. Flex schedule 9:30am‑6pm (weekends until 5pm). Remote or telecommute optional but location based.
Compensation
$16.75 per hour

Job Description
Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside. • Assess customer storage needs and suggest supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections for inventory readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. • Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
Responsibilities
Work independently across multiple locations to assess storage needs and suggest related supplies.
Perform daily unit inspections for inventory readiness.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
Contact customers regarding payments or collections as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based settings).
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling between locations.
Strong communication and sales abilities.
Ability to transport items up to 35 lbs and work outdoors, including stairs and large doors.
Physical Requirements
Transport items up to 35 lbs.
Walk and move within facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping, mopping, curb appeal.
