The Role
This is a full-cycle estimating position where you’ll be involved from early budgeting through final bid. You’ll work closely with PMs and leadership, but you’ll also have the
autonomy to own your work without being micromanaged .
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid leveling
Work directly with subs and vendors
Partner with PMs and leadership during preconstruction
Contribute to value engineering and project strategy
