Position Summary & Highlights
We are seeking a Phlebotomist Tech for our Laboratory Draw Centers located across the Treasure Valley. This role is a part‑time day shift position where you can apply your phlebotomy and laboratory experience to make a difference.
What You Will Do
Collect blood samples, correctly identify patients, transport specimens, and perform all related clerical and computer functions.
Register, order, properly collect, label, process, and distribute specimens for laboratory testing from patients of all ages.
Use relevant computer programs and perform data entry.
Serve as the central communication point of the laboratory for all incoming requests, maintain the quality and quantity of specimens sent to reference laboratories, and report results received.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and hospital staff.
Good working knowledge of medical terminology and computers.
Phlebotomy certification preferred.
Experience in phlebotomy in a hospital setting preferred.
