Position Summary
Come join our Clinical Team in providing direct nursing services to clients in adult substance-use treatment. The Charlotte Hall Drug & Alcohol Residential Treatment Center has served local communities for more than 40-years providing treatment through structured programs guiding our clients through detox, residential care, medication-assisted treatment and family education for both men and women. Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare in Charlotte Hall offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare for our clients to help develop the strength they need to overcome life’s challenges and allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Salary
Salary Range : $45,000-$65,000/year
Shift
This position offers a locked-in schedule with the following available shifts:
Weekday Nightshift: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4 hours per shift; 20 hours per week)
Weekend Dayshift: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM (4 hours per shift; 8 hours per week)
Weekend Nightshift: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4 hours per shift; 8 hours per week)
Total: 16-20 hours available per week.
Responsibilities
Provide elite-level care to adults seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs
Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs
Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact
Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals
Other duties as assigned
Education, Experience
Maryland ADT Status (Link: ADT Status Resource Page)
Clinical Licensure (one of the following): LCADC, LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC, LGADC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD
