PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is hiring a Data Entry and Scanning Clerk for a leading global technology client. Title: Data Entry and Scanning Clerk Location: 211 N. Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63102 - Onsite Job Description: This part-time position will chiefly work to convert paper records to digital. The duration of their temporary employment could range from 8-9 weeks, depending on their work schedule, to accomplish approximately 168 hours of work. Project A (Compliance) involves entering data from paper attendance lists and policy attestations into Excel spreadsheets, while using internal resources (such as BSD Phone Book) to verify spelling, etc. Project B (Legal) involves scanning documents and cataloging them in agency file libraries (e.g., M-files, network drives). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Touch typing speed of 45+ WPM Able to navigate and enter data into an Excel spreadsheet Familiarity with Windows OS and Internet searching Ability to operate standard office equipment Attention to detail and accuracy required Able to work independently and use good judgement Able to work in an open and sometimes noisy work environment Able to sit for extended periods while working at a computer Apply now for immediate consideration.
