Key Responsibilities
Caseload Management:
Oversee a significant volume of personal injury files, ensuring all internal milestones and legal deadlines are met
Medical Coordination:
Track client treatment progress, verify insurance coverage for medical procedures, and maintain consistent communication with healthcare providers
Records Procurement:
Efficiently request, organize, and summarize medical records and billing statements to build a comprehensive case file
Client Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the recovery process
Required Qualifications
Must have 3+ years of experience as a Case Manager or similar experience within a Personal Injury practice
Advanced experience with case management software and Microsoft Office
Thorough understanding of pre-litigation procedures, insurance claim handling, and medical billing
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional, empathetic demeanor
