Salary Range:
$77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing embedded software for manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshooting and debugging hardware and software issues on production lines.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements for new products.
Developing and maintaining firmware for industrial control systems.
Performing hardware and software integration testing for new and existing systems.
Optimizing embedded system performance and reliability in a manufacturing environment.
Providing technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in embedded software development for manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming for microcontrollers and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters).
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, EtherCAT).
Experience with embedded Linux and/or other industrial control systems.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP) for connected factory environments.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
Understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) in a manufacturing context.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for embedded systems in industrial settings.
