About the Role

In this position, you'll play an important role in helping clients feel confident and prepared as they plan upcoming trips by guiding them through coordination steps, sharing helpful travel information, and keeping arrangements organized from start to finish.

Whether you're experienced in customer-facing roles or exploring a new path in travel services, structured onboarding and continued support are provided.
How You Will Contribute
Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and scheduling needs
Assist with organizing accommodations, transportation services, and excursion selections
Share progress updates related to reservations and coordination timelines
Review destination options and service availability through approved partner tools
Respond to traveler questions using phone, email, and secure digital messaging platforms
Help coordinate itinerary updates when changes arise
Maintain clear and accurate planning notes within internal systems
Participate in virtual orientation sessions and ongoing development opportunities
