What You Will Do
Connect with clients to understand their travel plans, preferences, and timing
Help organize key details such as reservations, confirmations, and scheduling steps
Provide timely updates so clients stay informed throughout the process
Keep planning tasks on track from initial request through completion
Respond to questions using email, phone, and online communication tools
Assist with coordination support as needed to ensure a smooth experience
