What You'll Be Responsible For
Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and timelines
Assist with building and organizing itinerary details based on client needs
Research and compare travel options using approved booking platforms
Share clear, accurate information and helpful recommendations
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging systems
Handle updates, changes, and follow-up requests efficiently
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Participate in virtual training sessions and team development activities
