Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Hand Packagers for a leading manufacturing company located in Crookston, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as the Hand Packager:
Perform duties in the department as assigned by the Lead Packager on a day-by-day or task-by-task basis
Package retail-ready packs into a master case and palletize
Report any unusual events or occurrences to the Supervisor or Lead immediately
Maintain assigned work and warehouse areas at the highest possible sanitation level daily
Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily
What You Need to Bring to the Hand Packager Role:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to perform tasks in accordance with GMP policies/procedures
Basic math skills and ability to read and write
Ability to frequently lift 20 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
Ability to climb, bend, stoop, twist, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment
