Summary:
Process and coordinate tax payments, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance. Support internal teams and respond to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Process tax payments and verify checks against reports.
Monitor and report check status; resolve discrepancies.
Perform QA and maintain compliance with policies.
Prepare reports and support internal/external communication.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years' experience with tax agencies or loan servicing.
Typing 30-35 WPM; 10-key 4,000-7,000 KPH.
Proficient in Excel/Access; knowledge of tax processes.
