The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the company's mission, vision, and long-term strategic priorities, with a focus on reimagining education and certification for an AI-enabled environment, expanding and monetizing intelligence assets, and modernizing the operating model to support product development and global scale. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, lead the development and execution of the strategic plan, and ensure the successful delivery of programs and services on a global scale. This role requires a visionary and results-oriented executive with a proven track record in organizational transformation, strategic leadership, and a strong commitment to the values of the profession.
Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles, and a demonstrated passion for the mission of the organization. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial executive with strong business and financial acumen, experience in leading change, and a global mindset with cultural fluency. Key responsibilities include driving organizational performance, fostering a high-performance culture, and serving as the chief ambassador to expand the company's influence and leadership. The CEO will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and legal compliance, and to ensure the organization's financial health and long-term resilience.
