Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience within the banking or credit union industry, with a proven track record of executive-level leadership. A strong knowledge of credit union operations, financial management, and regulatory requirements is essential, as is experience in strategic planning and execution. The role requires a deep understanding of financial reporting, asset/liability management, and investment strategies, as well as the ability to work with and report to a Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and must demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a commitment to member-focused financial services are also key qualifications for this position.
