About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the organization, serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and leading the development and execution of the company's financial and strategic plans. This includes overseeing all financial functions such as treasury, corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, cash management, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the corporate budgeting process, capital planning, and guiding financial decisions. Additionally, the CFO will ensure the integrity of financial reporting, lead risk modeling, and provide insights to the ALCO Committee.
