About the Role

The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role as the financial steward and strategic partner. This is not a maintenance position; it is a build, lead, and influence opportunity. The successful candidate will be at the center of decision-making, working directly with executive leadership to drive insight, discipline, and long-term value. Responsibilities include full ownership of the organization's financial strategy, planning, and performance, as well as oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The CFO will also be responsible for stewardship of regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management, and will provide strategic leadership over capital, liquidity, and balance-sheet management.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proven CFO or senior finance leader with a strong background in banking or financial services. They must have a deep understanding of regulated environments, compliance, and controls, and a track record of supporting executive leadership with clear, actionable financial insight. A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, the CFO will be a trusted leader with strong communication and influence skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a CPA or MBA strongly preferred, and 8-12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. The role demands a leader who can translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level insight and who is ready for a career-defining opportunity in a market that values influence, ownership, and visibility.
