What You’ll Lead

• Full ownership of the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance


• Oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis


• Stewardship of regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management


• Strategic leadership over capital, liquidity, and balance‑sheet management


• Partnership with executives on growth initiatives, product strategy, and operational efficiency


• Oversight of accounting, FP&A, audit, and external advisor relationships


• Translation of complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insight

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven CFO or senior finance leader with banking or financial services experience


• Strong understanding of regulated environments, compliance, and controls


• Experience supporting executive leadership and boards with clear, actionable financial insight


• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves


• Trusted leader with strong communication and influence skills

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)


• 8–12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience


• Background in banking, credit, lending, financial services, or regulated financial environments


• Demonstrated success guiding organizations through growth, change, or increased complexity
