Compensation: $140,000 - $180,000

What You’ll Do

As Chief Financial Officer, you will act as the senior financial leader overseeing finance, accounting, business systems, and compliance.

• Lead finance and accounting strategy to achieve annual and long‑term objectives


• Serve as a hands‑on Chief Financial Officer driving forecasting, budgeting, and financial discipline


• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance


• Mentor and develop the accounting team for long‑term success


• Identify and execute automation and process‑improvement initiatives


• Partner cross‑functionally as a trusted Chief Financial Officer and business advisor

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 10+ years of related experience


• Proven success as a Chief Financial Officer or senior financial leader in a growing environment


• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks Online experience


• Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and execution skills


• Process‑oriented leader with high attention to detail


• Excellent communicator with collaborative leadership style


• High integrity and ability to manage confidential information
