Position Summary
Picatinny Federal Credit Union
seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and a key member of the Executive team. In collaboration with this team, the CFO is responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s overall strategic and financial plans. The CFO is responsible for all financial functions, including treasury, corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, cash management, and risk management. Key duties include overseeing the corporate budgeting process, leading capital planning, and guiding borrowing and investment decisions. The role also supports product and service evaluation, oversees pricing strategy, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting and records. Additionally, the CFO leads financial risk modeling and monitoring, providing regular reporting and insights to the ALCO Committee. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry are required.
