Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a vital role supporting students communication goals in a dynamic educational environment. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with your SLP and SLP-CCC credentials, youll collaborate across three school sites. This full-time contract opportunity begins August 6, 2026, and extends through June 2, 2027, with a manageable caseload of approximately 40-50 students, primarily in K-5, but spanning pre-K through 12th grade. Key Qualifications:Active North Carolina SLP licenseCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) requiredDHHS Pre-K background check eligibilityPrior experience in school-based settings, including managing diverse caseloads across age groups, is highly valued Role Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech therapy services to students as outlined in IEPsDocument sessions and progress in the ECATS systemComplete all related IEP paperwork, including drafting present level statements, setting goals, and indicating service timesServe as case manager for Speech Impaired-only IEPs, handling coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of IEP meetingsProvide services at multiple sites, including Headstart and a private school student, ensuring compliance across each setting The schedule consists of 37.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday, allowing for consistency in student care and routine.
