If you are interested in this Pharmacy Technician – Order Support position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Pharmacy Technician Compensation · The pay for this position is $24.45 per hour · Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment · A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacy Technician Highlights · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs · The required availability for this position is standard daytime hours with a project-based assignment (approximately 40 hours to complete initial filing project), with potential for ongoing full-time work Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities Complete a filing project (approximately 40 hours total) Provide pharmacy order support including making boxes and loading/unloading ice Answer phones and take messages as needed Track down lab results and coordinate faxing as required Pick and pack supplies such as syringes, gauze, ice, and other medical items Perform dispatch duties including scanning orders into the system, reviewing for accuracy, and printing labels Work under direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist Assist in filling prescriptions and preparing IV medications Enter prescription and billing data into computer systems for processing and reimbursement Assist with prepackaging medications for dispensing per regulatory standards Support final prescription checks and coordinate accurate delivery to customers Assist with inventory management including receiving, rotating stock, and tracking expiration dates Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pharmacy work environment Pharmacy Technician Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under direct supervision Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications Previous pharmacy technician or healthcare experience Experience in order support, mail order, or IV pharmacy operations Familiarity with pharmacy inventory or dispatch systems Strong communication and organizational skills If you think this Pharmacy Technician – Order Support position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
