Salary Range:
$75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Charlotte seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to align forecasts with production plans.
Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to optimize stock and minimize obsolescence.
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communicating potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate and manage production orders and schedules.
Analyze production performance against the schedule, identifying root causes for deviations and recommending corrective actions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes and systems.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems, particularly in module configuration and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize complex production schedules, considering material availability, capacity constraints, and delivery targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales teams.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
