Salary Range:
$46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Caledonia that are seeking skilled Shipping & Receiving Clerks. Key Responsibilities
Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
Prepare and package outgoing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory reconciliation.
Operate shipping software and create labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving area.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
Forklift certification (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck).
Proficient in using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Familiarity with hazardous material handling and shipping regulations (e.g., IATA, DOT).
Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology.
