Salary Range:
$71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Wayland seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment on production plans and customer delivery dates.
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capabilities to optimize scheduling and minimize stockouts.
Monitor production progress against the schedule, identifying and addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to generate and manage production orders, work orders, and material requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling processes, tools, and data accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various departments.
Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar is a plus.
