Salary Range:
$48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
Verify accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents against physical shipments.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years experience in shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment
Proficient with inventory management software and ERP systems
Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment; certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
Forklift certification with experience operating various lift types.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation (e.g., customs forms, commercial invoices).
Proficiency in using barcode scanning systems and inventory management software.
