Salary Range:
$47,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution. Coordinate logistics with carriers and internal departments for timely deliveries and receipts. Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices in the warehouse. Operate and maintain material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and receiving issues and discrepancies. Recommended Qualifications
3+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment. Proven leadership experience, including training and mentoring team members. Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and transaction processing. Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, with current certification preferred. Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and warehouse safety protocols. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies HAZMAT training and experience handling hazardous materials Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
