Salary Range:
$53,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of materials.
Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies within the shipping and receiving department.
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics departments to optimize material flow and resolve issues.
Operate and maintain material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and international customs forms.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in shipping and receiving.
Recommended Qualifications
3-5 years experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing within a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership experience, including training, coaching, and delegating tasks to a team.
Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management, transaction processing, and record-keeping.
Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong understanding of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and quality control processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transaction processing.
Forklift certification and experience operating various material handling equipment.
Proven ability to train and mentor junior shipping/receiving personnel.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs documentation.
