Salary Range:
$51,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Lead and train a team of shipping and receiving personnel.
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing materials.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management
Forklift certification and experience with various material handling equipment
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting
