Salary Range:
$43,000 - $63,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming raw materials and finished goods.
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company and carrier specifications.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including proper storage and rotation.
Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
Communicate effectively with production, quality, and logistics teams regarding material flow.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-2 years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and transaction processing
Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment; certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records
Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems like SAP, Oracle).
Forklift certification (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck).
Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology.
Experience with international shipping documentation and customs procedures.
