Salary Range:
$39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Unload, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
Prepare and package finished goods and raw materials for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records through timely and precise data entry into the ERP system.
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with incoming or outgoing shipments.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies for material handling and storage.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management and transaction processing
Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
Demonstrated ability to accurately complete shipping documents and maintain detailed records
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for inventory verification
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
Forklift certification with experience operating various types of lift equipment.
Proficiency with barcode scanning and inventory tracking software.
Familiarity with hazardous material handling and shipping regulations (e.g., DOT, IATA).
