Salary Range:
$41,000 - $61,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders, noting discrepancies.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and creating shipping documents.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials within the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow.
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or defects and report issues.
Recommended Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Valid forklift certification and demonstrated safe operation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation (BOLs, packing slips)
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management.
Forklift certification with experience operating various types of lift equipment.
Proficiency in using barcode scanning systems and related software.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
