Production Supervisor

Responsibilities: Supervise and lead Production Department personnel Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation Ensure adherence to work instructions, operating procedures, and reporting requirements Direct equipment startups, shutdowns, and process adjustments Oversee product loading and raw material (oil/feedstock) unloading during off-hours Manage off-spec material handling, reprocessing, and contamination prevention Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards Support plant quality systems and continuous improvement efforts Assist in managing feedstock inventory and process efficiency Provide leadership across all plant functions during nights, weekends, and holidays Train, coach, and develop employees Enforce company policies and operational standards Lead safety initiatives, conduct regular safety meetings, and correct unsafe conditions Monitor environmental conditions and respond to emissions or compliance concerns Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and organized facility Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred 3-5 years of Manufacturing experience preferred 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Proficiency with PC systems and standard software applications Benefits: Dental insurance.
