Volt is immediately hiring an

Administrative Specialist

in

Chino, CA .

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support both procurement and office administration. In this role, you'll manage purchase orders, invoices, and data reconciliation while keeping our office running smoothly. You'll work closely with Finance, Inventory, and Operations teams to track orders, monitor inventory, and prepare reports. You'll also assist with onboarding new hires and coordinate office logistics like seating arrangements. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and a proactive approach.

As an

Administrative Specialist,

you will:

Handle purchase documentation, invoicing, and data reconciliation
Support calendars, travel, and correspondence
Act as liaison between Finance, Inventory, and Operations
Track orders and inventory levels
Prepare procurement reports and dashboards
Ensure compliance with internal policies
Assist new hires with paperwork and seating arrangements
Lift and move items (25-50 lbs.) as needed
This is a full-time temp to possible temp to hire position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am- 5:00pm + OT

The ideal candidate will have:

Must pass Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in office administration experience in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Proficient skills)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Pay Rate:

$26.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
