For Drivers Just Starting Out
You worked hard in CDL school. Here is what comes next:
Bring your Class A CDL or proof of 120+ accredited school hours
Spend 3 to 5 weeks learning one-on-one from a veteran driver
Collect $650.00 every week while you train
guaranteed
You will learn real-world freight handling, ELD logging, inspections, and how we operate
Your mentor signs off before you ever go solo
The 6-month experience rule does not apply to you
On The Job Every Day
Operate your assigned Class A tractor-trailer within all DOT and company guidelines
Pick up and deliver no-touch dry van freight on time, every time
Maintain your ELD logs, DVIRs, and paperwork to the letter
Run thorough inspections before and after every shift
Be someone dispatch and customers can count on
Requirements
We are not flexible on this
here is what you need to qualify:
Age 21 or older, valid Class A CDL in good standing
6 months verifiable tractor-trailer seat time
waived entirely for trainees
No DOT preventable accidents or major incidents
any in the past 5 years disqualifies automatically
Two preventable incidents maximum on your full record
No prior termination for safety reasons
anywhere, any time
Clean DOT drug and alcohol history
no failures, no refusals, ever
No commercial vehicle DUI in the past 5 years
Pass the DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen before your first mile
