Human Resources Assistant
Temporary Human Resources Assistant needed for a local manufacturing company. Will be providing administrative support to the HR Manager. The position is expected to last 4-6 weeks, possibly longer.

Human Resources Assistant Details:
Temporary position
$ 20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation setup, and data entry
Updating training logs
Electronic filing
Help coordinate interviews, job postings, and candidate communications
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times
Other duties as assigned
Human Resources Assistant Qualifications:
High School diploma required
HR background strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills and ability to multi-task, while attending to detail, and meet the demands of multiple deadlines.
Maintain high quality/standards of work, leadership, ethics, commitment, and professional responsibility and judgment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
