Requirements:

Ability to type and perform data entry efficiently to meet departmental productivity standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Demonstrated customer service skills with diverse populations are preferred. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required to manage the dynamic needs of patients and visitors. The role may involve rotating shifts and requires physical dexterity to operate office equipment, transport patients, and handle files. Ability to lift and move weights up to 50 pounds occasionally is necessary. The work environment involves extended periods of sitting or standing and moderate noise levels.
